Privacy policy

When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your land such as its county, state, acreage, parcel ID and anything you tell us about it.

If you ask for a report from the land value calculator, we also keep the answers you gave the calculator, the estimate it produced, whether you asked for a report only or for a cash offer as well, and a record that you ticked the box agreeing to be emailed, with the date and time.

We use it to answer you. That means replying to your enquiry, emailing you the report you asked for, and, if you asked for a cash offer, having Paul contact you about your land.

We email you only what you asked for. We do not sign you up to a mailing list because you used the calculator. If you want us to stop contacting you, tell us and we will.

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It records page views and general information about your device and browser. It does not receive the answers you give the calculator, and it is not told the details in your report link.

Paul and the AcreageTrust team see what you send. We use email and spreadsheet tools to receive and keep your enquiry, so those providers handle it on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other land buyers or marketers.

We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful to deal with your land and to show that you gave permission to be contacted. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or stop us emailing you, call 860-269-6410 or email Paul@AcreageTrust.com.

Using the calculator never requires you to give us any information. The estimate appears on screen without an email address.

The link in your report email contains the answers you gave the calculator. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it with care. The report page asks search engines not to list it.
